Description
The Yamaha ADECIA Ceiling Array Microphone is a state-of-the-art ceiling microphone system designed to deliver exceptional audio clarity for remote and hybrid meetings. As a complete conferencing solution, ADECIA integrates all necessary components, including the RM-CG dynamic beamforming microphone, RM-CR remote conference processor, Dante-optimised network switch and PoE+ powered speakers (VXL1-16P and VXC2P)—ensuring effortless installation and superior audio performance.
ADECIA’s Multi-Beam Tracking technology actively detects and follows human voices, even when multiple people are speaking at once, creating a natural and engaging conversation experience. Yamaha’s cutting-edge voice processing technology further enhances clarity by isolating speech from background noise.
With its built-in auto-configuration capabilities, ADECIA automatically detects all system components, adjusts for room acoustics and optimises speaker and microphone placement. This ensures an easy, four-step setup process for a fully optimised audio environment.
Unlike traditional echo cancellers that set levels once, Yamaha’s adaptive echo cancellation continuously analyses the room’s acoustics, eliminating echoes in real time. Additionally, noise reduction technology filters out unwanted background noise—such as air conditioning hums or projector fans—for a distraction-free meeting experience.
Designed for flexibility and compatibility, ADECIA supports multiple connectivity options, including USB, Bluetooth®, SIP and Dante audio networking. Whether using Windows, macOS, iOS or Android, ADECIA seamlessly integrates with leading UC platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, ensuring a versatile conferencing experience.
ADECIA automatically adjusts voice levels, ensuring that both soft-spoken and loud voices are heard clearly, regardless of their distance from the microphone. Additionally, its dereverberation technology minimises acoustic reflections, delivering highly intelligible speech output even in challenging room environments.
Using Dante network audio, ADECIA transmits audio and control signals via a single network cable, eliminating complex wiring requirements and reducing installation time.
