Description
The Epson PowerLite 870E is an ultra short throw laser projector designed for classrooms, meeting rooms and shared learning spaces. It delivers 5,000 lumens of colour and white brightness, allowing images to remain bright and clear in well-lit rooms.
The PowerLite 870E supports display sizes up to 180 inches, up to five times larger than a standard 75-inch flat panel. Its ultra short throw design creates large images from just inches away and helps make the most of limited room space.
With 4K Enhancement Technology, the PowerLite 870E delivers twice the resolution of Full HD, providing sharp text and detailed images for presentations, lessons and meetings. The projector also features an enhanced audio system for clear, rich sound. Flexible aspect ratios include 16:9, 16:6 and 21:9, allowing the projector to support standard presentations and ultra-wide content.
Wireless casting is simple with built-in Apple AirPlay and Miracast. Epson Classroom Connect also supports wireless connectivity for up to 50 devices, with up to four devices to be displayed at the same time with moderator control.
The PowerLite 870E supports advanced projection features for larger displays. Edge blending and split screen functions can create expansive, wall-size images, with advanced geometric correction for more flexible installations. A 30,000-hour laser light source provides virtually maintenance-free operation with no lamps to replace, helping reduce ongoing maintenance requirements.
