The Crestron Desk Scheduling Touch Screen is a compact and enterprise-grade device designed to streamline and simplify desk and room scheduling across modern office environments, including corporate offices, conference centers and higher education spaces. With a 3.5-inch capacitive display, it delivers an intuitive interface for managing space availability and reservations with ease.
Equipped with the native Crestron Scheduling App, the TSS-470E-B-T allows spaces to be scheduled in advance or reserved instantly for ad hoc usage, preventing conflicts and ensuring optimised space usage. This app can also be customised to include settings for check-ins, no-shows and more. The device integrates directly with the XiO Cloud® service and Microsoft 365® software, making it adaptable to popular scheduling platforms, while also supporting third-party scheduling applications.
The TSS-470E-B-T supports various booking needs, including room mode scheduling tailored for short-term bookings in spaces like huddle rooms. The UI offers a clear timeline view of availability, with simple controls for booking and extending reservations in half-hour increments. Built with security in mind, it includes features like 802.1X network access control, SSH, TLS and HTTPS protocols, ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
