The team at Vision One were very proud to work with Westbourne Grammar School during the project phase of their new P-2 Building, the Winjeel Junior School. The new building – designed by Croxon Ramsay Architects – is a stunning example of modern and contemporary learning spaces at infant and primary learning levels.
Our team were commissioned to install large 65” Samsung LED touch screens throughout all 14 classrooms, providing the very best touch screen technology available today. Three larger 75” LED displays were installed to designated wall spaces around the main open learning area, and provide for display of computer generated content that can be displayed simultaneously across all three screens.
The entrances to the classrooms also have Samsung 32” LED displays mounted in portrait mode for digital signage content. This provides classroom specific information to be displayed and updated as required.
There are six parent/student entrances to the building, and each entrance showcases a 40” Samsung LED display mounted in portrait mode at the front of a window. This allows the school to display running content/information of activities and events to all parents/students as they arrive. Digital signage content is streamed via the use of BrightSign Media Players.
The project was completed with additional installations of Samsung display touch screens and panels of various sizes for collaboration and digital signage installed into meeting rooms and dedicated traffic areas.
