Triple Zero Victoria ignites a new era of emergency communication.

In 2018-19, Triple Zero Victoria implemented its Integrated Strategic Plan 2023 (ISP2023), a five-year roadmap designed to align core services with partner agencies’ and community expectations. A key initiative within this strategy was the transition to an “all services at multiple sites” model, requiring the relocation of core facilities to a new site at Williams Landing. To support this move, Triple Zero Victoria engaged Vision One Technologies, in collaboration with Lucid Consulting Australia, to design and implement advanced audio-visual solutions tailored to the needs of the new facility. Working alongside Crestron ANZ and AT Control Pty Ltd, Vision One successfully delivered a comprehensive AV system to enhance operational efficiency, resilience and interoperability across multiple emergency response units.

AV/T Objectives

Commanding the chaos with Crestron-powered AV.

A high-performance video wall in a 3-row by 8-column configuration provides real-time monitoring of multiple emergency response feeds, including Free-to-Air TV, CCTV, BOM weather feeds and call analytics. Eight vantage point displays, managed through Crestron DM-NVX, ensure that managers can preview and distribute content efficiently via Crestron 21.5” touchscreens at the On-Floor Manager’s table. This setup enhances situational awareness and decision-making, ensuring swift responses to critical incidents.

Beyond boundaries: transforming lobbies, gyms and breakout spaces.

Lobby & Reception Areas
An 86” wall-mounted display in the lobby and a 32” reception display deliver crucial information, security feeds and updates. Control is managed via a Crestron TSW-760 Touch Panel, with integrated soundbar functionality for enhanced audio. These displays serve as key communication tools, keeping staff and visitors informed at all times.

Gym & Breakout Areas
A 55” display in the gym, as well as displays in breakout areas, provide access to networked content via the Crestron DM-NVX system. User-friendly touch panels facilitate source selection, volume control and power management. These spaces offer a blend of relaxation and engagement, ensuring staff can remain updated while taking necessary breaks.

Immersive, interactive spaces empowering our future responders.

Training Rooms
Three training rooms feature projector and workstation mirroring capabilities, with flexible configurations enabled by operable walls. Each room is equipped with a 10.1” Crestron Touch Panel for seamless AV control, ensuring uninterrupted instruction and collaboration. This touch panel will facilitate source selection and routing, volume control, power control and room linking. The integration of advanced AV solutions allows for immersive learning experiences and effective skill development.

Muster Room
An interactive huddle space with multi-touch monitors enables dynamic collaboration. Users can cast content wirelessly or connect via USB, with a Crestron 10.1” Touch Panel managing source selection and audio distribution. This space fosters teamwork and strategic planning, making it an essential component of Triple Zero Victoria’s operational structure.
