Korowa Anglican Girls’ School is an independent, Anglican, day school for girls, located in Glen Iris, a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
The school’s IT team collaborated with Vision One to design and deliver a user-friendly, Microsoft Teams-compatible video conferencing solution in the upstairs Boardroom.
To begin, we supplied and installed an LG 86″ 86UU640C Trident LED UHD Display Panel on a flat wall bracket. Directly below, we installed an Audac IMEO1 Sound Bar with Bluetooth. The IMEO1 Soundbar features a slim and elegant design and includes all required functions for expansion of any audiovisual system with an impressive sound, while having a minimal hassle for installation.
Utilising the existing cabling infrastructure, we then installed a Logitech Rally Camera in a credenza cut-out to capture room video/imagery. With premium industrial design and an Ultra-HD imaging system, Rally Camera tops the lineup of standalone video cameras from Logitech®. Packed with advanced optics and breakthrough technologies, Rally Camera delivers premium performance in professional meeting spaces of all shapes and sizes.
We then installed the Logitech Teams Room Intel PC NUC and Logitech Tap touchscreen interface. The Logitech Room Solutions for Microsoft Teams is a pre-configured systems using Microsoft’s intuitive GUI, enabling users to engage with the VC hardware installed, via a familiar interface.
For audio capture, a Biamp Devio SCR20C Conference Room Dock System was installed on an Under Table Shelf including 2x Tabletop Microphones. The Devio SCR-20 is a conferencing hub that provides users with exceptional AV experiences when using web-based conferencing systems. Intended for huddle rooms or small conference rooms, the SCR-20 uses Beamtracking microphones and professional grade DSP to optimize the audio quality, allowing far-end conference participants to experience the conversation naturally.
Using Microsoft Teams Room integration, Korowa Anglican Girls’ School staff can use both the Logitech and Biamp Devio technology to conduct both video and audio conferencing with ease.
