BlueRock required an innovative and visually striking video conferencing solution for ‘The Lab’—a creative space designed for training sessions, client presentations and strategic meetings. The solution needed to integrate seamlessly with existing technology while enhancing user engagement and interaction.

Striking design for seamless collaboration and presentations.
We supplied and installed a custom-built Blue Gum B-Series Single Bay Multimedia Lectern. The lectern – coated in a bright fuschia colour – was fitted with an Acer 23″ touch screen. The touch screen received a split HDMI feed from an existing PC, allowing users to operate and control the PC from the lectern’s interactive touch screen.
Our team adapted the tabletop microphone from the Biamp Devio Tabletop Conference System to the lectern. The lectern’s gooseneck microphone was used to amplify audio to the existing ceiling speakers while the tabletop microphone conveys the audio feed via USB and to the PC.
A HuddleCam Web Camera was fixed to the ceiling, facing the presenter, capturing training exercises and presentations via Skype or Zoom.
