Consistent environments lead consistent experience.

The project included upgrades across two small meeting rooms and an interview room, each equipped with LG 55UR640S 55″ LED Display Panel. Beneath each display, a Jabra PanaCast 50 Conferencing Camera was installed. These spaces were designed to provide simple and effective hybrid meeting functionality, allowing staff to easily connect with remote participants. RTI Room Control Keypads were installed to provide straightforward operation of display power, source selection and volume controls, while Williams AV Infrared Assistive Listening Systems were incorporated to support accessibility requirements and building compliance. All conferencing equipment was integrated with Austin Health-supplied NUC computers to deliver a consistent user experience across each room.

To further support collaboration requirements, Vision One supplied a shared ViewSonic 65″ Interactive Display mounted on a portable trolley. This flexible solution allows users to move the display between rooms as required, providing additional interactive presentation and collaboration capabilities where space limitations prevented permanent installations.

Sound that reaches every corner.

The East Room configuration centred around an 86″ ViewSonic Interactive Display, supported by a sophisticated Yamaha ADECIA audio solution featuring RM-CGW Beamforming Ceiling Microphones, a Conference Processor and distributed Australian Monitor Ceiling Speakers. An AVer Professional Auto-tracking Camera was installed to automatically follow presenters during training sessions, seminars and presentations, creating a more engaging experience for remote participants. RTI control technology provides intuitive management of audio zones, microphone muting and camera presets, ensuring effortless room operation.

Thoughtfully planned operation.

The West Room was equipped with a 75″ ViewSonic Interactive Display and a Devio Parlé Conferencing Video Bar, providing dedicated video conferencing functionality when operating independently. Intelligent system programming allows the room configuration to adapt automatically when the seminar spaces are combined, ensuring seamless operation regardless of room setup.

Throughout the seminar spaces, Williams AV Infrared Assistive Listening Systems were installed to support accessibility and provide an inclusive experience for all users. All systems were fully tested, commissioned and integrated with Austin Health’s existing conferencing infrastructure.
