2025 International Women’s Day Live Stream at Austin Hospital
On Thursday, March 6th 2025, the John Lindell Theatre at Austin Hospital came alive with the spirit of empowerment and celebration for this year’s International Women’s Day (IWD). Organised by Vision One Technologies in partnership with Brad Every from Live Streaming Services, the event brought together staff and supporters to honour the achievements and contributions of women worldwide.

Several awards were presented to outstanding female staff members across various departments, celebrating their leadership, innovation and commitment to excellence in healthcare. From frontline medical professionals to behind-the-scenes administrators, these remarkable individuals were acknowledged for their invaluable contributions, reinforcing the hospital’s commitment to gender equality and workplace inclusivity.
International Women’s Day is celebrated globally on March 8th each year, serving as a powerful reminder of the progress made toward gender equality while acknowledging the work still to be done. It’s a day to reflect on the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women and to inspire action toward a more inclusive future.
