Bubup Wilam means ‘Children’s Place’ in Woi Wurrung language. Bubup Wilam is an Aboriginal Family Centre in the suburb of Thomastown, Whittlesea. The team at Vision One were commissioned via the City of Whittlesea Council to supply and install a fully-integrated Microsoft Teams-compatible video conference system in the recently refurbished Meeting Room.
We began by supplying and installing a Philips 75BDL3050Q 75″ Display Panel on a Wall Bracket. The Q-Line series delivers startlingly clear images in a more eco-friendly way and is high on performance and reliability, yet low on power consumption.
Beneath the display panel, we installed an Audac IMEO1 Sound Bar with integrated Bluetooth. The IMEO1 Soundbar features a slim and elegant design and includes all required functions for expansion of any audiovisual system with an impressive sound, while having a minimal hassle for installation.
To facilitate the requirement of video conferencing, we supplied and installed a solution that featured:
- 1x Logitech Tap (with Wall Mount) w/ Microsoft Teams Room PC
- 1x Logitech Rally Camera
- 1x Biamp Devio SCR25C Conference Room Dock System inc. Ceiling Microphone, Bracket, USB Cable and Power Supply
With Logitech Tap, we transformed the existing space into a Teams meeting place with one-touch join, easy content sharing, and center of room control for Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business meetings. Logitech Room Solutions for Microsoft Teams include everything you need for video meetings. Available in small, medium, and large configurations, these pre-configured systems include a mini PC, Logitech conferencecam with RightSense™ technologies, PC mount with cable retention, and the Logitech Tap touch controller.
To finish, we installed a Listen Audio Hearing Augmentation System including: 1x LT-84 Listen IR Transmitter/Radiator Combo, 2x Listen Intelligent DSP IR Receivers, 2x Listen Intelligent Ear Phone Neck Loop Lanyards, 1x 4-Port USB Charger, 2x Listen Universal Stereo Headphones and 1x Multi-Lingual Assistive Listening Notification Sign. The LT-84 ListenIR 2-channel transmitter-radiator (Pat. 9,712,246) from Listen Technologies provides venues, businesses, government agencies, and more with an affordable and easy-to-use assistive listening solution.
